Trustsbox is an ecommerce storefront owned and operated under UnicornKart LLC, a company based in the United States. Our operational market is India, and India-based operations under Unicornkart may support product sourcing, inventory coordination, packaging, order processing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
We understand that plans may change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders can usually be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched.
To request cancellation, please include:
- Order number
- Full name used while placing the order
- Phone number or email used for the order
- Reason for cancellation
Once we receive your request, our support team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may wait for delivery and then request a return, replacement, or refund if the product is eligible under our Refund & Return Policy.
Please note that return eligibility depends on product condition, return window, product type, and the reason for return.
Cancellation by Trustsbox
We reserve the right to cancel any order in certain cases, including but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock
- Product is unavailable from supplier or fulfillment partner
- Payment verification fails
- Cash on Delivery order cannot be verified
- Shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or not serviceable
- Customer cannot be contacted for order confirmation
- Fraud risk or suspicious order activity is detected
- Pricing, product, or inventory error occurs
- Order violates our policies or applicable laws
- Courier or logistics restrictions prevent delivery
If we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm the order before dispatch.
If the customer does not respond, provides incorrect information, or the order appears suspicious, we may cancel the order before dispatch.
Repeated cancellation, refusal, fake orders, or misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in future COD orders being restricted or declined.
Prepaid Order Refunds After Cancellation
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another suitable method where required.
Refund processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after approval. The exact time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, wallet, UPI provider, or payment method.
Failed or Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, is unavailable for delivery, or does not respond to courier calls, the shipment may be returned to origin.
For prepaid orders returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, shipping, handling, payment gateway, or return-to-origin charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or failed delivery may result in future COD orders being declined.
