Trustsbox is an ecommerce storefront owned and operated under UnicornKart LLC, a company based in the United States. Our operational market is India, and India-based operations under Unicornkart may support product sourcing, inventory coordination, packaging, order processing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Payment Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Accepted Payment Method

At this time, Trustsbox accepts only:

Cash on Delivery

This means customers can place an order on our website and pay the order amount at the time of delivery.

We currently do not accept online prepaid payments through credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other online payment methods unless clearly shown at checkout in the future.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery allows customers to pay for their order when the product is delivered to their address.

The total amount payable will be shown at checkout before the order is placed. Customers should review the order amount, product details, shipping charges if applicable, and delivery information before confirming the order.

At the time of delivery, customers must pay the full amount to the courier or delivery partner.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery availability may depend on:

If Cash on Delivery is not available for a specific location or order, we may cancel the order or contact the customer for further confirmation.

Order Verification

To reduce fake orders, incorrect orders, and delivery issues, we may verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if:

  • The customer cannot be contacted
  • The phone number is incorrect or unreachable
  • The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect

  • Courier service is not available for the customer's pin code

Payment at Delivery

Customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

If the customer refuses to pay, refuses to accept the order, or is unavailable during delivery attempts, the order may be returned to origin or cancelled.

No Hidden Charges

We do not charge hidden fees after checkout.

The total amount payable by the customer will be shown before order confirmation. This may include:

  • Product price
  • Shipping charges, if applicable
  • Cash on Delivery charges, if applicable
  • Taxes or other applicable charges, if any

Customers should check the final amount before placing the order.

Failed Delivery or Refused COD Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused, rejected, or not accepted by the customer without a valid reason, the shipment may be returned to origin.

Repeated refusal, fake orders, incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in future COD orders being declined or restricted.

Cancellation of COD Orders

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped or dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the order is already dispatched, customers may need to wait for delivery and follow our Refund & Return Policy if the product is eligible for return.

Refunds for COD Orders

Since Cash on Delivery orders are paid at the time of delivery, refunds apply only after payment has been collected and the return or refund request has been approved under our Refund & Return Policy.

For approved COD refunds, we may issue the refund through:

  • Store credit
  • Another suitable refund method

To process a COD refund, customers may be required to provide accurate refund details such as:

  • Registered phone number
  • UPI ID or bank account details

The customer is responsible for providing correct refund information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete refund details.

Refund Timeline

Once a COD refund is approved, we usually process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

The exact timeline may depend on bank processing, UPI processing, internal verification, and refund method.

Trustsbox will never ask customers to share sensitive banking information such as:

  • OTP
  • Card PIN
  • Full card number
  • CVV
  • Net banking password
  • UPI PIN
  • Banking passwords
